Quality Standards
Our diesel generating sets meets the following standards:
ISO8528-1993, BS4999, BS5000, BS5514, GB/T2820-1997, IEC34,
VDE0530, NEMA MG-122, GB755, CSA22-2, AS-1359.
Factory Test
Each SWT
generating sets must be got through 2 hours load test for running 0%, 25%, 50%,
75%, 100% and 110% load before dispatch, All protective devices, control
functions are simulated and it¡¯s system checked, proved and then passed for
dispatch. A test certificate can be provided upon request.
General Generating Set Features
1.
The
complete generator set is mounted, as a whole, on a heavy duty fabricated,
welded steel skid base frame;
2.
The
engine and alternator are directly coupled by means of an SAE flange so that
there is no possibility of misalignment after prolonged use. The engine flywheel
is flexibly coupled to the alternator rotor and full torsional evaluation has been
carried out to guarantee to no harmful vibration will occur in the assembly.
3.
Anti- vibration pads are affixed between engine/alternator feet and the base
frame, Thus ensuring complete vibration isolation of the rotating assemblies and
enabling the machine to be placed on an uneven surface without any detrimental
effects;
4.
Integrated GCU control system provides multiple alarm channels to protect
engine.

Continuous Power Model SP with no Suffix
These ratings are applicable for supplying continuous electrical power
(at variable load) in lieu of commercially purchased power. There is no
limitation to the annual hours of operation and this model can supply
10% overload power for 1 hour in 12 hours.
Standby Power Model SP with Suffix (S)
These ratings are applicable for
supplying continuous electrical power (at variable load) in the event of
a utility power failure. No overload is permitted on these ratings. The
alternator on this model is peak continuous rated(as defined in
ISO8528-3) at 27¡æ. |

Engine mounted control
panel in a vibration isolated sheet steel enclosure with a hinged
lockable door, The control panel is equipped as follows:
Engine LED Gauges:
Oil pressure gauge, Coolant temperature gauge, batteries volt /running
hours gauge, Fuel level gauge, All engine gauges are made by Curtis USA
according to demands.
Electric meter:
1 Ampere meter with 1 selector, 1 Voltage meter with 1 selector, 1
Frequency meter;
Indication/Warning
Lamps: Running,
engine fault, low volt of batteries, high volt of batteries, Low fuel level;
Pushbutton/Trimmer:
Lamp-test pushbutton, Red lockdown stop pushbutton, voltage
potentiometer;
Circuit breaker:
3 poles with solid neutral (4 wire) circuit ABB breaker with integral
trip unit for thermal and magnetic overload protection, The breaker
should be tripped before shutdown engine while fault happened.
GCU Model:
Ordered by Customer by the following options (which
manufactured by Deepsea Co. England):

Automatic Start Controller DSE520K:
Off /Auto/ Man selector can automatic starting and stopping the engine,
It have the shutdown protections with individual red lamps: Fail to
start, high coolant temperature, low oil pressure, Overspeed,
underspeed, loss of pickup sensing and warning for fail to charge, etc.
2) Key Start Controller DSE501K:
Off /Run/Start selector can manually start/stop the engine, It have the
shutdown protections with individual red lamps: high coolant
temperature, low oil pressure, overspeed and warning for fail to charge,
etc. |
